Dining at Sutton Bay can best be described as Prairie fare with a South Dakota flair. We specialize in offering our members and guests wonderful steak, walleye, and pheasant. Our chefs prepare fresh Lake Oahe walleye in 5 different ways or serve family style with each preparation.
We offer only the highest quality steaks and our best selling cut is the 12 oz. buffalo filet, raised in South Dakota and one of the most tender and flavorful cuts of meat you will ever experience. Our appetizers are favorites of all who come to Sutton Bay. We are constantly offering a wide variety of options such as, walleye fingers, walleye tacos, pheasant fingers, buffalo tips, pheasant quesadillas and many more. Lunch at Sutton Bay is often eaten on the course at our new halfway house, a place that can only be described as a room with a view. Nothing like sitting on the patio overlooking the 18th green while looking 15 miles down Lake Oahe. Succulent Sutton Bay burgers and pulled barbeque buffalo sandwiches are two of the member’s favorites. Sutton Bay offers a full service bar with premium single malt scotches, a wide variety of beers and an extensive wine list. Members are also welcome to bring their own wine and our staff will inventory and store the wine in our cellar for future enjoyment.
